Any driving lesson cancelled by the student with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the student’s current lesson rate.

WIN Driving School cannot be held responsible for lesson cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns. However, every effort will be made to arrange a replacement or makeup lesson at the earliest possible time.

Any demerit points or fines incurred by the student driver during the lesson will be the responsibility of the student.

Refunds are not applicable for cancellation of any test package or if the student is unable to take the driving test and is deemed unfit by a Service NSW Assessor for any reason.

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the final decision of WIN Driving School management.

Instructors reserve the right to cancel or terminate a lesson if the student is deemed unsafe, unfit to drive, or behaves inappropriately. Lesson fees may still apply.

WIN Driving School will provide a dual-controlled vehicle that is clean and in roadworthy condition for both driving lessons and driving tests.

WIN Driving School has a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside the vehicle at all times.
